GoDo Platform Self-Serve Online Terms

These terms govern purchases of GoDo's self-serve subscription offerings through online checkout, including the AI enablement membership led by Lance.

Last updated: March 18, 2026. Draft working version pending counsel review.

Important: These terms are designed for GoDo's low-friction self-serve lane. If you need custom procurement paperwork, a DPA, security review, production support, or custom implementation work, GoDo may require a separate sales-led agreement.

1. Parties

These Self-Serve Online Terms are between GoDo Inc. and the business entity or individual completing checkout.

2. Covered Offering

These terms apply only to the specific self-serve offering purchased through checkout, such as GoDo AI Enablement Membership, together with any included sessions, support, or related materials described on the checkout page.

Unless expressly stated otherwise on the checkout page, the offering is for internal business use, remote only, and designed for lightweight advisory, review, enablement, and configuration support.

3. Subscription, Billing, and Renewal

  1. By completing checkout, Customer authorizes recurring charges for the subscription fees, applicable taxes, and any clearly disclosed add-on charges.
  2. The subscription renews automatically for successive monthly billing periods unless Customer cancels before the next renewal date.
  3. Cancellation stops future renewals only and does not retroactively refund the current billing period.
  4. Unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

4. Scheduling and Use Limits

The offering may be used only within the scope, usage limits, and audience described on the checkout page.

  1. The offering is intended for one customer team.
  2. GoDo may require reasonable scheduling for live sessions.
  3. If the offering is marketed as led by a specific GoDo team member, GoDo will use commercially reasonable efforts to have that person lead the work but may provide substitute coverage when reasonably necessary.
  4. If usage materially exceeds the intended scope, GoDo may require an upgrade or a separate agreement at the next renewal.

5. Customer Content and Outputs

Customer owns its submitted materials and customer-specific outputs prepared from those materials, excluding GoDo's underlying software, templates, methods, tools, and general know-how.

Customer grants GoDo a limited right to use submitted materials only as needed to provide the offering, communicate with Customer, maintain engagement records, prevent misuse, and comply with law.

Unless Customer expressly agrees in writing, GoDo will not use Customer content or customer-specific outputs to train or fine-tune a generalized model for use outside Customer's environment.

6. Confidentiality and Sensitive Data

Each party will use reasonable care to protect the other party's non-public business information disclosed in connection with the offering.

Customer will not provide protected health information, payment card data, highly sensitive personal data, export-controlled information, or other regulated or highly sensitive data through the self-serve offering unless GoDo has expressly agreed in writing to handle that category of data.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  1. Obtain any internal approvals needed before using the offering.
  2. Ensure Customer has the right to share all submitted materials.
  3. Review any outputs, recommendations, or suggested workflows before relying on them.
  4. Make Customer's own legal, compliance, security, employment, operational, and business decisions.

8. No Professional or Regulated Advice

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, the offering does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, or other regulated professional advice.

9. Suspension and Termination

GoDo may suspend or terminate access if Customer fails to pay undisputed amounts when due, uses the offering in violation of law or these terms, creates material security or operational risk, or requires handling of data or use cases outside the stated self-serve scope.

If Customer cancels a recurring subscription, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated on the checkout page.

10. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated on the checkout page, the offering is provided "as is" and "as available". GoDo disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

GoDo does not guarantee any specific business result, error-free AI output, or satisfaction of Customer's legal, regulatory, or procurement requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, loss of goodwill, or loss of business opportunity.

Each party's total liability arising out of or relating to the offering will not exceed the total amount paid by Customer to GoDo for the offering during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State identified in GoDo's final published version of these terms, excluding conflict-of-laws rules. Venue will be the courts identified in that final published version.
